By downloading, installing, or using "Health AI Insight" ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
"Health AI Insight" is an iOS application that reads data from Apple HealthKit and uses large language model (LLM) AI to generate personalised health insights, trend analysis, and natural language Q&A about your health metrics.
The App can also generate a report automatically on a schedule — weekly by default on every plan, including the free one — and notify you when it is ready. Automatic generation happens only after you have consented to AI processing of your aggregated health summaries, and you can turn the schedule or its notifications off at any time in Settings.
On paid plans the App also computes a personal baseline for your metrics from your own history and can notify you when a metric stays outside that personal norm. Such alerts are wellness signals derived from your own past data — they are not a diagnosis, a screening, or a detection of any medical condition.
"Health AI Insight" is a general wellness and informational product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
All paid plans are purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system and are also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the standard Apple end-user licence agreement (EULA). The plan title, billing period, and price are always shown in the App before you confirm any purchase. Subscriptions are offered with a monthly or an annual billing period; the Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and not a subscription. The plans available for purchase, and their exact contents, are the ones shown in the App at the time you buy.
No payment required. Includes the dashboard and your Apple Health metrics, one automatic weekly AI report, brief summary level, and a limited window of history. A small number of additional on-demand analyses per month is included; the current allowance is shown in the App.
An auto-renewing subscription with a monthly or annual billing period. Plus adds alerts when a metric drifts from your personal baseline, full history and trends, report memory across reports, goals, the detailed analysis level, and PDF export. Plus does not include AI chat or Bring-Your-Own-Key mode.
An auto-renewing subscription with a monthly or annual billing period. Pro includes everything in Plus and adds AI chat about your own data and a flexible analysis schedule (for example daily or monthly instead of weekly). Chat messages and analyses draw on the same monthly allowance of the plan.
A one-time purchase that grants permanent access to the App in Bring-Your-Own-Key mode: you connect your own API key from a supported AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a compatible self-hosted endpoint), AI requests go directly from the App to that provider without passing through our servers, and you are responsible for compliance with that provider's terms and for any costs it charges you. Lifetime covers the app features available at the time of purchase and future app features in the same Bring-Your-Own-Key mode. It does not include AI inference at our expense: managed AI, where we route requests for you without your own key, requires a separate subscription. Lifetime access is non-transferable and tied to your Apple ID.
The Starter, Unlimited and Pro BYOK subscriptions were withdrawn from sale in August 2026 and cannot be purchased any more. If you were subscribed to one of them before that date, your subscription is unaffected: it continues to renew on the same terms and with the same entitlements until you cancel it. Once cancelled, it cannot be purchased again.
Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI analyses; the current allowance is always shown in the App. This allowance exists to cover the cost of the AI inference we pay for on your behalf and applies only where we route the request (managed mode) — not to Bring-Your-Own-Key usage, which is billed to you by your own provider. We may additionally apply reasonable daily limits to prevent automated or abusive use. If you reach a limit, the App tells you so; it does not silently degrade your reports.

You grant "Health AI Insight" permission to read HealthKit data solely to provide the features of the App. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Health AI Insight.
The App's use of HealthKit data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Apple's HealthKit developer guidelines. HealthKit data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular health decision. AI outputs are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, "Health AI Insight" and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any reliance on AI-generated health insights.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any rights or guarantees granted to you as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of your country of residence. Where such mandatory protection applies, the exclusions and limits in this section apply only to the extent permitted by that law.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and AI models, is the intellectual property of "Health AI Insight" and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may update the App and these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.
"Health AI Insight" is operated by an individual entrepreneur (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the App, are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland; nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in the competent courts of their own country of residence where the law so allows.
